ORDERS
The website includes for sale certain products both domestically and internationally. During the checkout, if you purchase any products, you will be responsible for paying any applicable tax.

You can register by clicking on the registration link and create an account at our website. It will be fast process, as well as free and also save your time for future purchase.

We don’t take responsibility for any order placed/refund claimed by anyone, unauthorized agent and /or any person who is not capable to place such an order/claim refund.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

As we have delivery time from courier end: for international courier it may take 4-5 days. Domestic couries may take 2-3 days.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed on working days. It may delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders with out of stock (items), may take additional working day to process.

If the pin codes are not except by our logistics partners in india the orders can’t be placed.

While you checkout, the cost of shipping will be calculated and indiacted at the time of checkout.

The price on checkout bill is inclusive of shipping cost and the exact amout you have to pay.

During some circumstances, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

No extra handling charges will be charged to you at your time of delivery.

If the parcel is delivered and if no one is available at home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can obtain directions on how to procure your order.

From the website you can track the orders from the tracking details.

Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch.

Basic pret- 4-5 working days

Luxury pret- 12-15 working days

Formals- 10- 15 working days

Bridal/ couture- 3-4 months (the timeline varies according to the customization and other factors.)

RETURN / EXCHANGED POLICY
THE PRODUCTS ORDERED FROM THE WEBSITE AND SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

All refunds are made only in the form of credit note, which shall be used on the next purchase.

We won’t accept the products if:

-The products are damaged
-There is change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the product.
- Alteration of products won’t be acceptable.
-If the product has been worn by the customer.
List of non-returnable products shall be custom made products; altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; products that are purchased in any sale/promotion and/or products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

Within 2days of delivery you have to contact for any return/ exchange policy.

If you are returning or exchanging any product, your item must be approved as subject to being unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you have received.

All the tags, labels, bills, original packaging etc. should be intact the same while you received at the time of delivery. The garment should not be washed, spoiled or damaged condition. We reserve the right to decide whether this term is fulfilled.

It should be in original packaging.

The product should have the proof or the receipt.

Please note the product purchased from the website cannot be returned to store. It should be returned through the website itself.

The return and exchange procedure is initiated through the website. If you have ordered from website you can follow the registration process and carry on to return/exchange policy.

Once we receive your product, we will notify you and we will go through introspection procedure. We have right to reject the return/ exchange policy if it doesn’t match our criteria.

If the quality check team does not approve the product, the product will be returned back to the customer within 15 working days of the products being received.

If your return is approved, the refund transaction will be based only online store credits.

If the exchange is approved, you will be redirected to the relevant page to select new products for purchase.

Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

While the delivery of return/exchange products and during the shipment if the product is lost or it’s empty, the onus shall be to the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us.
